“Pros: Great location. Apartments are spacious and cute with arched walls between rooms. The common areas are cleaned well and regularly. No pests. Cons: Heat is central and when it's very cold in winter it can be very hot in the apartments. Obviously that's better than freezing but it's still uncomfortable.”

“Pros: The live-in super is friendly and responsive, and the neighbors are respectful. Quiet. Cons: Old building. Peaceful during the winter, but roaches come out during warmer weather. Pest control isn't effective.”
