“Unit 4D Pros: Close to train, close to Inwood Park, lots of food options, Cons: Loud music throughout the entire neighborhood all hours of the night, neighbors playing melody music for long hours, roaches in the unit, super would avoid/ignore requests for maintenance often, worst of all, in my 1 year living there, 3 people died just on our block due to car accidents, there’s a big racing culture in the area, not safe. Advice to landlord: Better maintenance response, better pest control”
