“Pros: Three story walk-up. Great roof access which is no one is ever on. Have very rarely seen a bug. The apartment is very charming with cute molding and unique arches. Although I am in a studio, the apartment is a good size and there is good separation being the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. West facing widows so there is excellent light in the afternoon, only con is that i can get pretty warm from all the direct sunlight. Cons: Packages sometimes go missing. Loud street noise if your apartment is street facing. Took a long time for the heat to turn on and the heat would be inconsistent throughout the day, running mostly at night so i would be freezing during the day time.”
