“Pros: Renovated unit was very nice, great in unit washer/dryer, all appliances were awesome! The unit got great sunlight throughout the day, very bright. Cons: The building was great, the tenants were great, the neighbors were awesome! The only reason we left was that there were a number of shootings directly in front of the building. We understand that this is just a part of life sometimes, however, we felt unsafe being outside at risk of being caught in a drive-by.”
