“Pros: The apartments are a nice size. The neighborhood has some nice coffee shops and good eats. Cons: Management here sucks. It's impossible to get anything fixed. They are unkind and uncaring (not unique for NYC, but still... 😒). They charge us for building "upgrades" that suspiciously never create positive change. Laundry room is disgusting. There are a few neighbors who have disruptive gatherings outside, and have contributed to violence in the neighborhood (shootings outside our front door). Advice to landlord: Get a new management company.”

“Pros: big apartment, lots of light, never had a package stolen Cons: BUG INFESTED!!! MICE!!! Loud neighbors who smoke crack, creaky ass floors, BARELY any heat, barely responsive properly owners, coldest days of the year, no heat Advice to landlord: FIX THE BUG PROBLEM!!!”

“Unit 1D Pros: Neighborhood. Location. Neighbors. Cons: Rats and roaches. No heat for 3 days at a time. No hot water for days. Broken front doors. Package thieves. Expensive for the Heights with no AC, or in-unit laundry. Majority of the building occupied by WHITE PEOPLE. IN HARLEM. Terrible property management (Omri I hope someone smacks some sense into you.) Advice to landlord: Do better. Y’all are going to hell.”

“Pros: There are no Pros to this. Cons: Everything!! Its disgusting. Advice to landlord: Do better. Stop lying to tenants, hire better servicemen that will actually fix the problems, take care of your tenants, they are your priority.”

“Unit 4C Pros: The neighbors in the building were great. Being right across the street from St. Nicholas Park was so nice. The apartment is well laid out and very sunny. The kitchen had been redone right before us. It is rent stabilized. Cons: The building next to us had very loud neighbors. The management was not responsive at all. The previous super was fantastic but he quit because the management asked him to be over too many buildings and we never met the new super. He didn't respond to us, but he was probably just overworked and couldn't get to us. Advice to landlord: Hire a second super and respond to your tenants.”

“Pros: Nothing at all Cons: Fly infested,roach infested, mice infested. Hallway always smell of something dead. The upkeep in this building is despicable.”

“Pros: The location is excellent. Cons: Dirty. It always smells like weed. They barely clean the hallways. The other tenants are gross. They throw garbage in the hallway and don't pick up after themselves. The building has a serious air quality issue due to apartments smoking weed at all hours of the day. Advice to landlord: It would be nice to hear from you.”
