“Pros: The super is very responsive. As soon as something goes wrong you can call/text and he is there to fix it. Cons: The landlords never answer though. So when he is out of town it’s truly noticeable. Mold in bathrooms and kitchen. Leaks from upstairs apartment into first floor apartment. Package theft even when placed near cameras. No one checks. The super will sometimes hold onto a package and let us know because he knows people steal. Advice to landlord: Maintain the building. Allow more assistance. Super should have a small team to help get all tasks done”
