“Pros: Management was responsive in repairs though items like a fridge were replaced with used appliances no where near the same quality as what was removed. Cons: My toilet was removed due to a leak in the basement. They suggested I go 4 flights up to an empty apartment to use that bathroom until the repair was made. Carpet in halls is gross. Advice to landlord: A real remodel of the halls.”
