“Pros: built in 1910 so that’s pretty cool…the owner answers very quickly and the super fixes anything you need. the apartment is HUGE. great neighborhood and kind neighbors Cons: they don’t take out the trash as often as they should Advice to landlord: None! I really like our building, the trash just gets stinky sometimes. The super is amazing.”
