“Pros: Bldg kept clean Cons: Insufficient laundry space Advice to landlord: Use space near recycle room for rental to tenants”

“Pros: Very clean building Cons: Tenants are the problem Advice to landlord: Rent apartments to law abiding citizens”

— 200 EAST 131 STREET · Manhattan
★★★★★Jan 2021

“Pros: The building is clean most of the time. There is a young janitor who is very pleasant and there is a laundry room in the building. Cons: Packages are often stolen because the delivery guys leave them in the lobby area when they shouldn’t. The camera has been out for over two years per head janitor who has an attitude problem. Elevators are often broken. Tenants smoke in their apartments and children run through the hallway. Front door buzzed doesn’t work often. Really bad area and I do not feel safe with my family. Advice to landlord: Get rid of the head janitor who has an attitude problem. He isn’t approachable. Get cameras fixed. Tenants do not feel safe and have been robbed in the building.”
