“Been in the apartment for 2 months . Great location - Min to my office. Good amenities . Staff is nice . I looked at many others in area . Some newer buildings . But at the value its the best option. Also , Rent Stabilized. No Sudden increase .”

“The front desk people and some maintenance crew are nice. Huge noise problems coming from construction nearby. Rodent and roach problems rampant and management unresponsive. Things are not built to last and falling apart left and right.”
