“Pros: For the most part everyone in this building is friendly. Cons: It may take a while to get things fixed here whether it’s an issue in your apartment or with the building. If elevator is messed up, it takes about 3 whole days until it’s fixed. Packages get here sometimes. Advice to landlord: Please tend faster to the faulty elevator and intercom please. It’s not fair to those who live on the top floors.”

“Pros: Nothing, this place sucks. Cons: Neighbors are inconsiderate, the super doesn’t help at all. I don’t know how he even got the job. The intercom works once every 5 months. Advice to landlord: Get a new super and start taking in consideration of people living here that deal with noise complaints!”

“Pros: Laundry Room and thats barely it Cons: Mice infestation, Superintendent doesn’t clean, Stairwells dirty, Elevator dirty, Hallways are dirty, Lobby is dirty Advice to landlord: Hire a new superintendent that actually cleans.”
