“Pros: -cheap -close to trains Cons: they are rude noisy neighbors”

“Pros: Great area. Rent was kept the same for 4 years. Cons: Major pest problems. Roach and mice infested. Super was not responsive and took weeks to get an issue fixed. Radiator was leaking for years without any help from super.”

“Pros: The super, Edin, is amazing. He’s super responsive and fixes a problem ASAP. Additionally, this is a rent stabilized apartment. Cons: Edin makes up for the lack of responsiveness of the management. It takes management forever to respond to an inquiry or issue, especially if it involves billing. Additionally, the street noise can be a bit much since 135th street is a fairly wide street, a lot of the neighbors like to hang out outside during the warmer months but they are out there till 2 am. Advice to landlord: Pick up your response time. An issue doesn’t have to be dragged out in a matter of weeks.”
