HP 2030 CRESTON HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FUND COMPANY, · avg 2.5 ★★★★★ · New York City
“Pros: It hard to say maybe the inside of my apartment Cons: There is a lack of adequate security in the building. Individuals openly using drugs frequently gather in front of the building and in the lobby, often entering through the emergency door, which is consistently left unsecured. The staircases are routinely dirty and unsafe, with drug needles and condoms present. Tenants do not have access to the outdoor area or the community room as advertised. Additionally, there is only one superintendent responsible for maintaining an 11-floor building with 144 units, which is insufficient to properly address maintenance and safety concerns. Advice to landlord: Security and safety is needed for this building”
