“Unit 3 Pros: Beautiful affordable apartments Cons: MAJOR MOUSE/RAT ISSUE. Monthly extermination didn't make a difference. Advice to landlord: Monthly extermination isn't enough - needs something more severe”

“Pros: Super is kind and tries his best Cons: Management doesn’t care about issues unless you send certified mail. They have a major pest issue which was reported ages ago but refused to acknowledge phone calls or emails, until delivered via verified mail. Stay away from this building and these property managers.”

“Pros: Heat and water were always on when they were supposed to and the water pressure was great. Cons: Wish there was an elevator in the building. Advice to landlord: Would be nice to update the hallway sometime soon.”

“Pros: Beautiful neighborhood in Harlem. This building is around the corner from keyfoods, Cons: 2nd floor. The renovations were at first ok but once you lived there you realized they did not do a great job. We had mice for 6 months of living there and ended up breaking our lease to get out of there. The building outdoor maintenance was great but once you had something to fix inside, it took forever for them to get to you and when they did it was poorly taken care of. Advice to landlord: Pay more for long-term repairs.”

“Pros: Centrally located in Harlem. Easy walk to A/C/B/D subway lines at 145th and 2/3 train at 135th. Grocery story less than a block away. Washer/Dryer in unit. Spacious bathroom. Cons: Infested with mice. After a month of being there and killing about 25, we were able to find that the hole in the wall under the bathroom sink for the plumbing was where they were entering. We filled it with steel wire and blocked any future entries. Views from bedrooms are of the garbage area outside. Very noisy whenever anyone walks by outside. Lots of fights outside on the street AND in the alley way behind. Neighbors steal packages. Advice to landlord: Advice tenants of pest control issues.”
