“Pros: It’s a co op building so pretty responsive about getting things fixed, but less so if you are renting in the building instead of being an owner Cons: At least in my unit, unbearable radiator noises. Sounds like someone is breaking in with a baseball bat. Someone looked at the radiator a few times and essentially said sorry, nothing we can do, instead of bleeding the system.”

“Pros: Friendly landlord and community Cons: Bugs and overall cleanliness”
