“Unit 1B Pros: Great location, not too loud, good water pressure, not too hot in the summer Cons: Lack of responsiveness from landlord, huge pest issue not being taken seriously (pantry moth infestation and other bugs) Advice to landlord: Respond to the needs of your tenants”
