“Unit 4 Pros: Good neighborhood, super is responsive, beautiful pre-war units. Cons: Very old and not well maintained - major plumbing issues, heat has gone out for several days in a row in the middle of winter (only repaired when all tenants complained and we called a repairman ourselves), price of units increase significantly while building falls apart, electricity is not properly set up by unit. Advice to landlord: Take care of your building”
