“Pros: 2 bed 2 bath on opposite sides of the apartment. Very close to the train Cons: Management responds slow to requests”

“Pros: The super - Modern but very cheap materials Cons: Gets flooded- basement gets mold appartments- cheap materials everywhere- leaks- very unsafe area- management is the worst- they steal packages all the time - they have pests problems Advice to landlord: To be fair with their tenants”

“Unit 101 Pros: - unit size and space - amenities - access to new building across the street Cons: - our apartment was 101 and it just was a huge dissapointment, the basement flooded and the la floes didn’t do anything for 8 months!! We had to live with half of our apartment and then they didn’t return our deposit back. We complained because rhe mold was everywhere inside the unit and in the staircase. We reported this to HPD and only got to change to a new building which was super nice but didn’t fix the problem of our unit or deposit. To this day they still owe us over 4000 usd. What a shame…”

“Unit 408 Pros: The current property manager and super do a great job. And the building is in good shape overall because it is brand new as of 2022. Cons: The building has been flooding with water, there is mold growing in basements levels. The neighborhood can be sketchy, especially in the summer. Tenants throw parties and abuse amenities. Advice to landlord: Keep enforcing rules for tenants otherwise this property will get abused.”
