“Pros: Clean, decently managed and used to be non-expensive (no frill luxury building) Cons: Starting to get old (&price goes up), no real vent in the kitchen, walls are thin so if you have loud neighbours it's over”

“Unit 2F Pros: - nice kitchen - high ceiling - responsive management - good location - in unit laundry and dryer Cons: - north facing light - dirty windows - loud AC/heating - bad neighbor who plays music all the time - near auto shop and garage which can be loud - cheap windows - no doorman - no mail rack is uncivilized - ugly/unkept common areas - rooftop could be nice but is unusable since there is no furniture - expensive for value you get Advice to landlord: Invest more in the building and the tenants well being. Show you care”

“Pros: huge roof with great views, nice balconies on the units, decent gym and laundry room Cons: the ceiling leaked every time it rained and the landlords did not care. they would often "patch" it up but it would continue to leak after a storm. this was on the 4th floor and there are 6 floors.. the building is not structurally sound and the ceiling would fall off in HUGE chunks. the walls are super thin. you can hear your roommates and/or neighbors constantly. we had complained about the ceiling multiple times over several years and every "fix" was just superficial and nothing ever got done. Advice to landlord: fix the building”
