“Unit 2E Pros: Awesome location and decent price for location. Cons: Bad communication with super, roaches from time to time, pretty noisy, not the cleanest. Advice to landlord: Respond to tenants and come make fixes in the apartments when you say you will.”

“Pros: Cheap and great deal for the location Cons: Landlord is nonexistent you literally cannot contact him for help with anything and the trash is stink bc it’s kept in the ground floor”
