“Pros: Easy access to grocery stores Cons: Pest issues with roaches”

“Pros: great location in chinatown, building has an elevator, door guys are nice Cons: it's horrendously loud if you're closer to market street bc of the trains passing by on the manhattan bridge. honestly unbearable with the windows open”
