“Pros: Super is excellent, maintenance staff is always fast to fix problems. Never had any issues with the property manager. Building is well maintained. Cons: If your unit opens onto first Avenue it can be a bit loud Advice to landlord: Roof was unavailable to use for most of my stay”

The building is poorly run things break and they make excuses.Scaffolding has been up for over 7 years and no one answers as to when it is being finished. Many issues in the building.
