“Pros: Great layouts and outdoor space, close to the subway. Theoretically, access to various perks. Cons: Renovation to the building left some structural issues in place that severely affected my experience and management responsiveness was very poor. Pest issues were not handled well. Advice to landlord: Be responsive and communicative with tenants. Do not shortcut repairs/pest infestations as it will just make it worse down the line.”

“Unit 1 Pros: Pretty, new appliances, bright. Cons: The worst management company I've ever experienced in New York City and anywhere. A nightmare beginning to end. Stay away from ANYTHING Venn-owned! Advice to landlord: I don't have advice to give except to rethink your entire business model.”
