“Pros: Clean, no one hanging out, the super that’s currently here is great and responsive. Cons: Loud neighbor on my floor but the other floor seem quiet. Advice to landlord: Make sure the camera works and make tenants aware of how they can see footage because someone keeps stealing packages”
