“Unit 3R Pros: I liked the high ceilings Cons: The layout was weird and not great for having a living room space. The shower water pressure was also not great, but acceptable. We moved out because the rent was raised too much for us to afford. Advice to landlord: There should be a rent raise cap if there are no improvements made to the apartment by management.”
