“Pros: Nice building, friendly neighbors, responsive and polite management Cons: Loud—auto shop across the street and lots of sirens due to the nearby emergency room Advice to landlord: Good job!”

“Unit 210 Pros: - neighbors are friendly. I take it as a good sign that a number of people ive spoken to have been here a couple years - super and landlord are regularly around and usually respond to requests within a day, if not a few hrs. - common areas are cleaned regularly - rent seems good compared to similar apts in the area - cabinets, fixtures, appliances etc are in good condition although not brand new - plenty of laundry machines. I've never had to wait, even on evenings or weekends. Cons: - Super/ landlord don't provide notice when they're coming by to address a maintenance request & will just let themself in if you're not home. Better than being unresponsive, but not ideal. - Huge piles of trashbags outside with no bins on trash days, which draws rats, although there seem to be fewer lately. - laundry is slightly more expensive than at other apts I toured in the area”

“Pros: Well maintained building and reasonable rent increases/ rent Cons: The in building laundry is over priced and the machines are either disgusting or barely work Advice to landlord: Get a new laundry service company/ new machines”

“Unit 404 Pros: Well-maintained, clean building with lovely amenities and super responsive maintenance/management. For what you're getting, it's hard to beat the dollar value, especially because the neighborhood is fun and everything you need is within a 5 minute walk, including 2 useful train lines. Cons: The neighborhood itself is noisy, and within the building itself, there is the occasional noisy neighbor (especially if they have pets) which can be frustrating. Advice to landlord: Making this a pet-free building would be a game changer”

“Pros: Gym, laundry room, and nearby restaurants make this place pretty appealing -Balcony if you want to people watch Cons: If you’re street side, it can be a bit noisy. Sound proofing is not the best, I can hear my neighbor talk (loudly) from their room sometimes.”

“Pros: - Central air/heating - Responsible neighbors during COVID-19 - Proximity to both the M and L - Cool restaurants and bars close by Cons: The lack of natural light in a two bedroom unit was a bit of a drag (none in the shared living space), but on the flip side my bedroom did have a walkout balcony. Advice to landlord: Keep the landlord’s contact handy. He’s really quick to respond via email.”
