“Pros: I rented directly from the owner and loved the experience. Spacious apartments, protected parking, community feel and great trash options. Cons: Far from everything. No real sense of neighborhood. You basically live in the cemetery”

“Pros: Clean, decent renovations Cons: New management is hard to gauge”
