“Pros: Neighbors were quiet and kind. Cons: Maintenance was very slow, did not have heat or hot water often during the winter.”

“Pros: Nice finish and appliances in unit. Cons: During the summer, there was no hot water for two months. The boiler is constantly being worked on. Multiple times during the winter, the building has filled up with boiler exhaust / carbon monoxide, resulting with FDNY showing up. Complete negligence on the building management to provide a safe heating system for its tenants. Advice to landlord: Get it together.”
