— 7410 RIDGE BOULEVARD · Brooklyn“In my one year I spent at this place, it has been a nightmare since move in. Although it lightened up during the winter, there has been a serious bug problem since I've been here. Everything from moths to huge roaches have constantly found their way into my apartment (kept clean to avoid this!) no matter what I did. 6 of the 12 months I have been here, the gas has been out so my stove and the laundry room are shut off. It took FOUR MONTHS for management to even try to fix this issue for the entire building and it has been 2 months since repairs began. Now there is a humungous hole in my kitchen from them fixing this that has been there for months. Stove still unusable. Parking is a nightmare on the street. Did I mention bugs? The super doesn't have great English and is hard to get in touch with. The only positive is that the neighborhood feels safe.”
