Cons: Smelly staircase, one tenant had left her/his apartment with garbage inside for 2 weeks. The staircase stinked. Another tenant has a dog that barks NON-STOP and that runs around. Old building with smelly doormat, bad maintenance and very dark. Advice to landlord: Clean up the building and ask tenants to follow rules for keeping their own space and the common space clean”
