“Unit 2nd floor Pros: Lots of space. Good price Cons: Landlord not a reasonable guy. Took forever to make repairs. Seems to hate tenants and has no regard at all for landlord tenant laws. Advice to landlord: Don't be such a greedy manipulative guy.”
