“Pros: Around many stores, laundromats, food places schools and transportation Cons: Filthy it is not cleaned often after the 1st year when the super left and we got a new one and a new porter the bldg is cleaned only when an inspection is about to be done. The bldg smells we have rats, horrible garbage area. A bldg is supposed to be cleaned and maintained daily and weekly legit we dont have the proper maintenance. They take you to court for things they make a mistake on they alwayssss have a tenant in litigation for nothing. Everybody is in court because of them. Not a good mgmt company not a good bldg and the cleanliness is just terrible and sad. CLOTH 150th & CONCORD MGMT I WOULD STAY FAR FROM RENTING FROM THEM AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Advice to landlord: Hire a super, hire a porter that is going to maintain the cleanliness of the bldg. Stop harassing your tenants with court and do your job stop being sneaky. If you do not like your jobs and running a bldg give it to someone who will.”
