“Unit 1f Pros: Convenience to stores, Transportation and clinics and pharmacy. Cons: Half ass repairs, delayed maintenance, management has poor communication, rude and unprofessional and harassing. Neighbors always smoking weed in the basement and partying in the halls and stealing delivery packages. Upstairs neighbor with unwatched kids causing bathtub floods to downstairs neighbors. Terrible ventilation and constant bathroom mold. Advice to landlord: Revoke your rental license”
