“Pros: Rent stablised, unique layouts, and spacious for NY. It's one of the more affordable building in the neighbourhood. It has a gorgeous atrium-like lobby. Each unit has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and CENTRAL A/C. The staff are all helpful and friendly. Cons: The management company isn't always the most responsive.”

“Pros: Apartments are great. Big kitchen. Newer appliances. Great doormen. Awesome community. Lobby is beautiful. Super is great. Cons: Management is just ok. Some neighbors are rude (but that's everywhere I guess).”

“Pros: Very high ceilings and a pretty lobby Cons: Walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors at all times doing all (yes all) activities. Very expensive to have crying babies and baby makers audible at all hours of the day Advice to landlord: Sound proof!”
