“Pros: great location, central AC is nice, rooms a good size Cons: water pressure cuts out randomly, managment doesn’t fix problems they just make temporary fixes that keep having to be corrected”

“Pros: Quiet neighbors. Good appliances. Cons: Garbage bins outside the building would often attract flies that can find their way into the building and then the apartments”
