“Pros: The building for the most part is quiet and the new superintendent does the best job he can and they do give heat and hot water. Cons: Drug addicts and homeless people entering the building and vandalizing the building, there are three known apartments in this building that are selling drugs as well as the lobby door lock being broken and drug addicts entering at all hours of the day and night! The management office does not do its job in answering questions and maintaining the building like they should! Advice to landlord: Maintain this building and we need and exterminator on a monthly to exterminate the apartments! Evict the three tenants that are selling narcotics in this building! Put an armed security guard in this building! And the cylinder in the lobby door lock was broken and taken out and now the tenants can’t get in the building! Put back the old,F.O.B system or intercom system or both! We are tax paying and hard working people who respect and obey the law! Don’t take us for granted just because you want your rent money on the first of the month!”

Cons: They are not giving it maintenance, it is a building and that is causing all the good things we had to be damaged. We also do not have a super that cleans as it should Advice to landlord: maintain the building as before and let us know what's going on”
“Pros: Nothing people that live here hate it Cons: There was a rat problem for about a month or so they were getting in apartments, and it took to long to fix. There is no hot water during the winter. The elevator breaks down a couple times a year, and we have handicap people in this building forced to go up stairs or stay somewhere late when that happens. neighbors are dirty so there’s roaches everywhere, and no one does and says anything about it. Maintenance in apartments take years to resolve I’ve been waiting for things I’ve been needed for the apartment for 3 years I say something every couple of month and there’s never any money to fix it or “it’s being worked on.” There are 4 washing machines for the whole building while the “community room” is large enough to hold more washing machine, and be a perfect laundry room since the actual community can’t even use the room. The community room is used for the suppers personal Parties and or personal storage, a chill room for the porters, and their mothers. KIDS ages 14-18 are allowed to enter this building whenever they please and go into the stair cases next to apartments with children or babies in it and smoke weed all day everyday they would often go in the hallways and make a mess leaving garage and sticky floors. I’ve caught one specific porter often sitting with them and smoking while he should’ve been working. This is only a few things out of many problems of this building. Advice to landlord: Do better”
