“Pros: Neighbors are amazing people that need to be owners of their apartments! They have been fighting for this for years and Manhattan Valley isn’t doing their part! Cons: The super sucks! He doesn’t clean anything! Manhattan valley being the property management for this building is conducting illegal activity! They are holding 5 apartments from being put onto the market for rent. Advice to landlord: You guys need to let this building go and let the tenants own because you are doing a terrible job!”
