Neighbors are nice and mostly quiet. Cons: - Anything left near the lobby WILL be stolen. Packages and mail are constantly being stolen. Nobody seems to care. - Good luck figuring out who to get in touch with or actually reaching a human being in management for maintenance requests. 311 reports don’t seem to phase them. The super is also absent. Advice to landlord: Respond to your tenants’ maintenance requests.”

You will never hear from the property management company once you put pen to paper on your lease. There has been a roach infested fridge in our hallway for a week. Couches and beds left in hallways for weeks at a time. Hallway floors are disgusting. Roach carcasses will be left in the hallway floors because nobody ever comes to clean. Advice to landlord: Take better care of this building.”
