“Pros: Location near the ferry to Manhattan, very affordable, nice Super Cons: Bugs, noise levels were very high due to thin walls, smoking allowed in apartments, water backed up, heating system did not function properly”

“Pros: So far best management for a building we’ve had in any borough. Super responsive and empathetic. Would definitely recommend living here. Cons: Can be loud and the top floor gets really hot.”
