“Pros: The building and the unit I lived in were both quite nice if small. Cons: Constant noise. There is a fire station a few blocks away. Fire trucks would almost always turn and travel down this street past the building with their siren on. Being street facing and on the 3rd floor it was a nightmare.”

“Unit 10A Pros: To give credit where credit is due, and rarely ever given, the owner of the building is very fair and stepped in when the management company was falling short. The building staff is great as well. All very friendly and very responsive. If looking at this building, check out individual units, cause layouts vary widely. I absolutely love living here, any negatives are far outweighed by the positives for me personally. Cons: The elevator is slow and the laundry machines are pretty unimpressive. Advice to landlord: Nothing but respect for the owner.”

“Pros: The Superintendent is very responsive everyone who works in the building is amazing and they are all sweeties. The building has an old 1920s vibe if you’re into that sort of thing. There is a lot of storage and closet space within the units. Cons: The whole building hums about every 30 minutes!!!Inside the units there is the classic landlord special, the very not cute white paint over everything. It’s basically imposiple to get in touch with the owners or the management company. Advice to landlord: New management company or something. More communication.”
