“Unit 1L Pros: clean large modern Cons: I was promised my security deposit back and they’ve completely ghosted me. They won’t respond to emails or calls. Advice to landlord: Give people their security deposits”

“Pros: Nice layout and amenities Cons: Noisy, a lot of construction Advice to landlord: Overall great unit, just a lot of construction in the neighborhood”
