“Pros: Mostly quiet location, high ceilings, hardwood floors Cons: Cheaply built, poor ventilation, no storage in main area/ very small closets Advice to landlord: Market the unit as a 3 bedroom with office. There just isn’t enough room for 4 people in this apartment.”
