“Unit 3G Pros: Spacious apartments with lots of closet space Cons: There are roaches EVERYWHERE. Lots of pests. Mice. Rats outside of the building. No matter how clean you keep your apartment, you will have roaches. If you’re on the right side of the building it is super loud due to Flatbush ave. Building is filthy. They do not keep it clean. Onsite super is rubbish. Advice to landlord: Hire a new super. Put some effort into your property.”
