Cons: Radiator doesn’t really work and the building is old so it’s not insulated very well. Washing machines aren’t always cleaned properly and this has caused clean clothes to come out with mold streaks. Advice to landlord: Check on the machines in the laundry room more often!”

Cons: My neighbor down the hall repeatedly got bedbugs and wouldn't properly take care of them so *I* ended up repeatedly getting bedbugs. Management promptly dealt with it, but not in a thorough way that solved the problem, which lead to me leaving.”

— 310 WEST 93 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Very reasonably priced, especially on a safe, tree-lined street. Close to subway. Super is friendly and responsive. Reliable trash/recycling removal. Cons: Water pressure in the shower is awful and the water temperature doesn’t remain consistent. The building is old; things are constantly breaking, floors are uneven, walls are thin, pipes are so loud. Laundry machines aren’t serviced, so clothes often come back with gross mildew stains. Basement/laundry area is infested with cockroaches. Oh and they raised rent during COVID. Advice to landlord: Service/clean the laundry machines. Take care of the building.”
