“Pros: nice building layout Cons: unresponsive, damaged, slumlord style management Advice to landlord: dont be so greedy and maintain your buildings”

“Pros: Location, rooftop views, washer&dryer in unit, dark hardwood floors. Cons: Leaks were never addressed correctly and many units have recurring mold as a result. Also roaches and ants run rampant, even though the management claims to send an exterminator monthly (the technician shows up but never works hard to notify tenants that he’s making his rounds). Management often send unskilled handymen who try to fix it before getting actual professionals. Also good luck getting any help on holidays or weekends. Advice to landlord: Hire proper technicians, do actual mold remediation and keep the outdoor walkway clean and clear.”

“Unit 2F Pros: Each room has AC, nice rooftop, convenient location Cons: Management is not responsive—had issues with leaks in rooms/bathrooms, mold in washer, no hot water, etc. that took weeks to get resolved, garbage often will pile up between the gate and the door to the building”
