“Unit 4R Pros: The location is decent. Heat and hot water generally work. Trash/recycling goes in the basement, and someone brings it to the curb on the select days. Cons: The management is incredibly unresponsive. They might or might not respond to emails, and they took months to resolve many complaints (ie. heat, intercom). I also had to file a rental insurance claim for an incident, and the management never sent me a report of the incident despite a verbal assurance in-person and months of repeated emails. The basement does see cockroaches, although pest control is pretty decent. There's no compost bin, but perhaps that's for the best.”
