No pests, even in the hallway - Amazing views from the roof - Easy online system for paying rent and submitting requests Cons: - Noisy. rooftop parties/music sometimes till 2-3am, with guests being loud in the hallway/leaving empty beer cans/bottles all over the place - don’t recommend the building for families. Definitely a dorm vibe - The in-building laundry broke down semi-frequently Advice to landlord: Get the noise level down and maintain the laundry better”
