“Unit 4B Pros: Fairly clean building, fair rent, pricing, safe and secure area. The management company is really responsive and helpful. Cons: Garbage was always an issue because tenants would over stuff the cans and the washer/dryer didn’t always work”

“Pros: Quick response times to maintenance Quiet building with lovely neighbors Washer/Dryer in building Elevator in building Communal spaces are well kept Cons: When moving the unit was not cleaned and filled with tools and equipment Occasional maintenance needs (handles falling off) No ventilation in the bathroom Advice to landlord: The garbage space is tiny for all of us and needs to be handled more than once a week.”

“Pros: Have had close to no issues in 2 years at this building. Super is nice and responsive, management is organized and answers questions and requests quickly. Not noisy. Cons: Elevator could be better. Advice to landlord: Not much! Maybe switch from coin to card laundry?”
