“Pros: Neighbors are lovely! A lot of long-time residents. Cons: - The real estate agent Amanda, and her husband (and building manager?) Dakota are evil. They verbally abuse the staff and don't give a shit about residents... they are selfish, entitled little weasels. - When they updated the elevator they didn't do anything to accommodate the pregnant, elderly, or injured - except for put trash cans and chairs that became trash cans on every floor. -Prior to the elevator getting fixed, they didn't give two shits about maintaining it. - Market rate, but totally overpriced for the experience of living there. Advice to landlord: Replace Dakota and Amanda. They suck and no one in the building likes them.”

“Pros: Great location and neighborhood Cons: Aside from the lobby which is designed to attract new tenants, the building is poorly maintained. Advice to landlord: Why can't you do better? It's exploitative.”

“Pros: It used to be a nice building. Cons: Serious plumbing and ventilation issues. There have been instances where there was waste water dripping from the ceiling and seeping through the walls. Terrible management. Dakota is unprofessional, disrespectful and racist. Advice to landlord: Stop breaking the law”

“Pros: Love the location! Neighbors are nice and respectful. The super is responsive. Cons: Very noisy. Apartment has single-pane windows and you can hear every bit of the street noise 24/7. You can also clearly hear the people walking in the apartment above as well as their tv or music. The building needs updating, too. The elevator is regularly out of service and many of the appliances in the apartment are worn down.”
