“Pros: The ceilings are higher than u expect and each apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Location is close to M and L subways. Neighborhood is diverse and mostly safe. Cons: Pest control and garbage disposal could be handled better. Some tenants don’t want to do their share to keep things clean. Advice to landlord: Good space overall. Have to be careful about who moves in!”
